The cost depends
on the level of service you require and the time spent on your relocation.
This can be quoted in stages so that you can use the service as little or
as often as you require.
Before the search begins we ask for an initial registration fee is £ 450.00. This is refunded from the fee on a successful purchase. This covers a 2 months search and visits to a short list of properties including feed back and further information.
On successful completion of contracts or 2 months after exchange of contracts 1.5% of purchase price is payable or £ 2,500.00 which ever is the greater.
If you prefer we can offer a basic package of £ 250.00. This includes registering with agents and supplying a choice of properties. This covers a 2 month search. All other services can then be added as and when required.
